Welcome to Point of Grace Community Church!
Jesus promised a lot--a life of purpose, some great relationships, happiness through serving, strength to overcome adversity, virtuous growth, and eternal life. Often, those of us who wear his name loosely miss out on the kind of life he longs for us to have. Why? Because being a Christian is much more than learning certain beliefs or attending services. In fact, it's even more than adopting a "Christian" lifestyle. Jesus was more than a teacher, he was a mentor who invited those around him to follow him.
A true follower of Christ has a growing, personal relationship with Jesus. Like a kid with a parent, a disciple of Jesus spends time with him absorbing his values, learning from his reactions, listening to his voice, and becoming more like him primarilly through real life experience.
Currently, we're studying the book of Mark. Mark was an eyewitness of Jesus and spent a lot of time recording the words of perhaps Jesus' closest earthly friend, Peter. As we make our way through the book, we don't just study doctrines, we see Jesus, up close and personal. As we "watch" him navigate his days, we marvel at his compassion and confidence, and become more like him.

Parable: Every Sunday at 10:00 a.m.
This service is especially designed for those investigating Christianity.
It often includes drama, contemporary/rock music, multimedia, or other
modes of communication leading to a message that deals with real life
issues according to God’s wisdom and points ultimately to God’s
solution—a relationship with Him through forgiveness in Christ.
CrossCurrent: Second and fourth Wednesday of each month, 6:30
p.m.
This service includes 75 minutes of dynamic and uplifting worship music,
prayer, and a monthly celebration of communion.
Prayer Service: First Saturday of each month at 9:00 a.m.
